Accident Coverage
Provides additional financial protection for you and covered dependents in the event of an accident outside of work.
Critical Illness
Provides a lump-sum payment if you are diagnosed with a covered serious illness, such as cancer, a heart attack, or a stroke.
Hospital Indemnity
Hospital Indemnity Coverage through Unum provides financial assistance if you are hospitalized due to a covered illness or injury.
How to File a Claim with Unum
1. Visit unum.com/claims or download the MyUnum app.
2. Log in or create an account.
3. Select File a Claim and follow the prompts.
4. Upload any required medical documentation.
5. Submit your claim and track its status online.
