When Can I Enroll?

You can enroll or make changes during:

• New Hire Benefit Enrollment

• Annual Open Enrollment

• Qualifying Life Event (QLE)

Qualifying Life Events

Examples include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption, loss of coverage, or a change in employment status.

QLEs must be submitted in UKG within 30 days of the event occurring. 

Who Is Eligible?

Full-time employees regularly working 30+ hours per week are eligible for benefits.

When Does Coverage Begin?

Benefit coverage begins the first day of the month after 30 days of continuous employment.
