Who is Eligible?
Any Full-time and Part-time employees. Union members are not eligible to participate.
When Can I Contribute?
Employees become eligible on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
Company Match
LSP matches 100% of the first 4% you contribute
Vesting
Company contributions become 100% vested after two full years of service.
Automatic Enrollment
Employees who do not make an election may be automatically enrolled at a 3% contribution rate with an annual 1% increase.
